Consultation Fees & Logistics
The following information about fees and logistics applies to both EMDR consultation and general clinical consultation.
Frequency of Consultation
Frequency of consultation will depend on your needs and both of our availability. You might choose to have just one or two or a handful of consultations on a particular topic, or it might become more of an ongoing consultation relationship. I’ve had consultees who have wanted to meet on a regular basis (i.e., once or twice per month) and others who have only wanted to meet now and then when they have issues to discuss.
Location
My practice is 100% virtual, including consultation. We will meet via secure, HIPAA-compliant Zoom, and I will provide you in advance with a meeting ID, passcode and link to join. You can download the Zoom app or join from a browser here: https://zoom.us/join.
Current Fees
My current fee for consultation is $175 per hour. I have also at times offered 1/2 hour consultations for $85, when appropriate. For my 10 hour consultation groups, the fee is $550, paid in advance.
Cancellation Policy
You must provide 48 hours’ notice of a cancellation to avoid being charged.
Payment Methods
For consultation, I accept checks, credit cards, debit cards, Venmo and Paypal.
Consultation vs. Supervision
I do not currently offer supervision for LSWs or pre-licensed counselors, and my clinical consultation cannot be counted towards a clinical licensure supervision requirement. As a consultant, I do not hold liability for how you practice.
